Why Join KTM?
Our shul serves its members and the community in countless ways, including:
- It's a place where you can daven, enjoy a kiddush and a seudah shlishit every Shabbat, and observe the entire Jewish calendar, from the solemnity of the High Holidays to the whimsy of Purim. Our communal holiday celebrations are enjoyed by many who might otherwise observe holidays alone.
- We are a community of friends with whom you can celebrate your simchas and commemorate your losses.
- We host Ma'ayan classes and meetings and classes from other groups. Organizations in need of space have always known we would welcome them within our small shul.
- Our frequent lectures give prominent scholars from inside and outside the Boston community a forum in which to spread Torah learning. We provide other learning opportunities through our regular classes, our annual Tikkun Leil Shavuot, and annual women's Shabbat Limud program.
- Our Family Program, whose success was recognized through a CJP grant, includes youth services every Shabbat and Yom Tov for toddlers through B'nei Mitzvah; a children's library; and an annual picnic.
