Global Day of Jewish Learning at KTM
Saturday, November 14, 2015 • 2 Kislev 5776
1:00 PM - 3:00 PMKTMThe Aleph Society is sponsoring their 6th day of global learning. Their mission is to expand on R. Steinsaltz's goal of the development of Jews and Jewish identity and Jewish communities by giving Jews around the world access to texts and the skills to understand them.
This year's theme is Love: devotion, desire and deception.
KTM will be participating in this year's program this Shabbat with two post-kiddush learning sessions. They will be held concurrently, by Mike Shatz and Ann Geller, based around recommended themes and texts, and you will be able to do both one after the other.
Mike's topic - Love among Jacob, Leah and Rachel.
Ann's topic - Love of G-d: Nadav and Avihu, Moshe and Aaron.
Kiddush will be somewhat enhanced, with rolls available for those who want.
Come learn with us and join a global network of learners!
