Rabbi Breitowitz obtained semicha from
Ner Israel Rabbinical College, and graduated from
Harvard Law School. He is currently the Spiritual leader of the Woodside Synagogue in
Silver Spring, MD, and a tenured professor at the University of Maryland School of Law, specializing in bankruptcy and commercial law. Nationally renowned as a speaker and lecturer, Rabbi Breitowitz brings his unique depth and breadth of scholarship to bear on a wide range of subjects, especially medical, business, professional and family ethics, and the interrelationship of Halacha and the secular legal system.
